• Hose structure:

Inner carcass: stainless steel carcass

Internal tube: Particular polymer engineering plastic as inner sealing tube. 

Internal rubber liner: HNBR based inner sealing elastomer, which is good for fluid with H₂S, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, gas permeation resistance

Breaker layer and external protection layer: high tension textile fabric. 

Reinforcement for major pressure withstand: high strength steel cable

Fire shield layer: glass fiber cloth

Cover: Neoprene rubber based cover layers, fire resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, ozone & ageing resistance, UV resistance which is applicable for critical marine environment

• Fire resistance meet API Spec 16C, at 704℃ ×30min 

• External protection layer of hose can be equipped with stainless steel armor, stainless steel wire and polyethylene spiral sleeve, etc. according to customer requirement. 

• Working temperature range: class Ⅱ , -25 to +100 ℃. 

• Max. aromatic content 30% .

• Max. content of H₂S, up to 3000ppm while temperature at 60℃ , Max.1000ppm while temperature at 100℃. 

• Maximum length: 70m .

• Length tolerance: Length up to 6.4m, with tolerance ± 64 mm; Length longer than 6.4M with tolerance ± 1％ .

• Measurement basis of Minimum Bending Radius (MBR) is center line of each hose.
