Fire-rated Seawater Hose

Application:
Mainly used for seawater delivery in fire fighting system on offshore platform, also can be used for delivery of gasoline, diesel oil, fuel oil with aromatic content up to50%, mud,air and for other general purposes. It can be directly exposed to flame for more than 30min at the temperature of 800℃ , which enable operators to rescue and escape under emergencies.
• Hose structure:
Tube: black smooth nitrile rubber, oil resistance, seawater resistance, high temperature resistance, acid & alkali resistance
Reinforcement: high strength steel tyre cord, anti-static copper wire, helix steel wire for hose size up from 6” and above
Fire shilelayer: glass fiber cloth；
Cover: red chloroprene rubber, fire resistance, wear resistance, ozone & ageing resistantce,oil resistance
• Temperature range:-30℃ to + 100℃
• Fore resistance meet ISO 15540 & ISO 15541, at 800℃ × 30min
